Terms Entered in Search
A name, location, or other term entered into a search tool is sent to the third-party provider operating that tool. Nevada County Recent Arrests does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or submit a contact message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
